We've been cooking in Crossroads for over a decade. We assemble our chaat to order, stuff and griddle our paranthas individually, and serve our thali lunches with bread, curries, rice and sides.
The samosa outsells everything else we make: crisp pastry, spiced potato and peas, nearly five thousand of them a season.
